Sample Agenda
This is the agenda of the 1999 Nominating Convention.
It will give a sense what we may cover.
The Council is charged by our by-laws
with proposing an agenda to the Convention.
Look for it to be posted by February of 2000.
The by-laws empower the Convention with electing our officers,
nominating our candidates and amending our Platform.
The Convention sets its own agenda.

Strategic planning discussions and social events
are being considered for Friday night until Sunday afternoon.
Write with your  ideas for our less formal time together.

Dorm / Bunkhouse accomodations available
for 15 or 20 people at Koinonia Farms.
Call 800/ 447-6694 to reserve your space.
Unlimited on-site camping.
For motels in Americus, link to Americus Tourism, below.

We'll ask $10.00 a day for meals and/ or contributions of fresh foods.
The weekend meals will be provided by volunteers.
Your help is needed across the weekend.

If you can, bring another $10.00
to show our appreciation to Koinonia Farms for their hospitality.
We'd like to raise a couple of hundred dollars to offer our hosts.

The Party needs your membership and financial contributions.

Don't let poverty keep you from being with us.
Our Conventions are open to all who are committed to Green Values.
