The Georgia Green Party offers the following publications to our members, and for some items, to the public as well. If you would like to join our Party's Editorial Council - which is responsible for developing, producing and publishing our publications, please see our Help Wanted page. Thanks.

The Platform of the Georgia Green Party

This document is available for free on the web site as an html document and as an acrobat reader document ready for printing. It will be published in pamphlet form soon.

Green Politics
This is the quarterly newspaper of the Green Party of the United States and we plan to start distributing it to each member. This paper reports on our development at the national and international level and includes news from the campaigns and parties affiliated with the national Party.  The Cover price is $2.00.

Independent Politics News
This is the quarterly newspaper of the Independent Progressive Politics Network, with which we are affiliated.  In the future, we hope to distribute it to our members as well. This paper reports on development in the broader independent progressive politics movement.  The Cover price is $2.00.

Georgia's Working Greens (working title) - members only

This is our membership newsletter and is included with every paid up membership. This newsletter has been published since 2000.  This newsletter reports on the internal developments of the Green Party at the local, state, national and international level and will include listings of volunteer positions available.

The Internal Discussion Bulletin - members only

An annual subscription is $35.00 for the paper edition, although many members access it through the website's members' access section. One issue is published for each state convention or meeting of the state Council. The IDB has been published continuously since the 1998 Nominating Convention. It serves our Party's internal decision-making process and includes minutes, reports, proposals, discussion papers, announcements, calendars and proposed agendas.

The Party of Compassion, the Politics of Hope (1998 Campaign Video)

Although this item has been back-ordered since November 1998, it is still available for community showings. The 22 minute video was produced during the 1998 campaign and features the leadership and candidates of the Party.

Greens 2000:  The Grassroots Grown (2000 Campaign Video)

This item has been back-ordered since November 2000, but is also available for community showings. The 10 minute video was produced during the 2000 campaign and features our 2000 slate of candidates of the Party.  It also includes Mr. Nader's speech at the Seattle Washington Super Rally.

Ordering

If you would like to order any of the items above which are currently available, please make checks payable to the Georgia Green Party and mail your order to P.O. Box 5332, Atlanta GA 31107-5332.

Help Name Our Publications

When our Council approved the development of our member's newsletter (Georgia's Working Greens), we did so with the understanding that this was just a working title. We're holding a contest and asking our members and supporters to help us give this publication its real name. Individuals submitting the winning title will be acknowledged in our newsletter and on our Web site and roundly appreciated by everyone who has had to endure this unimaginative name. Please submit your suggestions to our Council in care of our clerk.
