Our County Coordinator Network
.
Your contributions to our efforts will enable us to obtain ballot access
for Green candidates in Georgia for the November 2000 General Election.
If you are ready to get a petition and connect with others in your community
with whom you can work collecting the signatures we need, please contact
the County Coordinators listed below. Is your County missing from
this list? Are you willing to take some leadership
in our ballot access efforts? If so, let me
know. We need your help.
.
Please excuse our dust. This is a page under construction.
A preliminary survey indicates we will likely start with County Coordinators
in 32 of Georgia's 159 Counties, based on our existing network of supporters.
While we compile this list, please feel free to contact our Canvas Director
directly by email or by calling 877/ 473-3609. He'll be happy to
connect you with the materials you need.

What we ask of
County Coordinators
The job is simple. But the contribution you make by taking it on
is invaluable and necessary to our success. Please consider joining
our list of County Coordinators and making your contribution to our efforts
to permit Greens to vote in November for our Candidates of Choice.
Here is what we ask:
Permit us to publish your name, address, email and phone number.
Obtain and preserve an original of the petition,
the How-to
flyer, our membership
form, the volunteer
referral form, the "right
to petition" flyer and other appropriate materials.
Duplicate these materials in sufficient quantities to provide them to petition
volunteers.
Respond when petition volunteers contact you to get involved.
Ask each volunteer to complete a volunteer referral form and fax or mail
it to the Party.
If you are ambitious and ready to go beyond the minimum expectations, here
is what else you can do in the role of a County Coordinator to advance
our Ballot Access Petition Drive:
Track the volunteers in your County.
Stay in touch by phone or otherwise to encourage volunteers in their involvement
in the petition drive effort.
Coach petition volunteers in surmounting barriers they encounter in the
work.
Coach petition volunteers in setting and obtaining their personal signature
goals.
Convene ocassional or regular petition drive meetings to train and support
the circulators in your community.
Invite our Candidates, Party officers or our petition drive Canvas Director
to visit one of these meetings to share with your local volunteers news
of Party building in Georgia and nationally and to support your local work.
I look forward to hearing from you, soon.
